The plan he laid out of how he thought the sale of the house would go happened exactly the way he said which was a huge relief. He was incredible at listening to what we needed, wanted and was wonderful at making suggestions, follow up, and negotiating. Scott also knows the local area better than anyone you will find as he's lived here forever and raised his family here. He was able to find us several homes that were not yet on the market and he found an ideal home for us that was not yet on the market and never made it to market. Finally Scott has a proven and exceptional network reliable closing attorneys, lenders, home improvement contractors, grounds keepers etc. Overall, if you are moving to Indianapolis, Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville etc or are listing your home and you don't get get Scott as your realtor it's big a mistake. I never write reviews, but Scott and his team are fantastic. Don't even hesitate just call him.
