The property that we had for sale had been our previous home and was a rental property for us for the past 5 years. Originally, our plan was for Scott to help us sell to our tenant and he waited and staid in communication for 15 months while our potential buyer was attempting to secure financing. When that fell through, we worked with Scott to put it on the market. Within 24 hours of the listing going live, we had showings. Within 48 hours of the listing, we had two above listing price offers, and within 72 hours of listing had a signed purchase agreement. Scott was available and guided us through all of that. He also was very helpful in getting us through the hurdles of inaccuracies in the appraisal and the buyer's lender not completing work on time. We could not have completed the repairs requested by the buyer without his help. He always listened to my views and offered his professional opinion. There is a competency factor with Scott that you usually don't get with other realtors. Scott definitely knows how to ask to get your listing but he really knows how to negotiate and get you the best possible deal when selling or buying a home. Its obvious he knows how to talk to the other agents to get the deal done. In short, Scott is a complete professional. Don't make the mistake of using someone you know to buy or sell your house just because you get a small discount from them. Buying or selling you home is too big of a deal to have done wrong.
