As a "full-time, full-service" REALTOR, I am ready and able to answer any and all questions you may have about real estate. After working in the real world for a while, I received a degree in Video Production from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. I used this education to manage a video production business for four years in Greensboro, NC. I also worked for CENTURY 21 Elliott Properties in Greensboro. While in Greensboro, I met a wonderful lady named Kelly, who I had the honor of marrying in July 2003. We moved to the beach in 2004. I am also a member of the Air Force Reserve as a newspaper reporter and photographer. I am grateful to be affiliated with CENTURY 21 Thomas to sell and list properties in North Myrtle Beach and the surrounding communities. Buyer reviewMe and my wife looked for property in the North Myrtle beach for close to 9 years. I just stopped into the Century 21 office one day and he happened to be there. Over the years we have looked at many houses and condos. Scott always answered the phone and always made time to meet us. He kept us on his email list as well. I know at times he had to think " Are these people ever going to buy a house ?" In the end he found us a condo that we have truly love. I would recommend and use him again in a heart beat. Great guy (Even though he likes the Cowboys) and just a good person!

Scott made us feel very comfortable. He is the same age as our sons and we enjoyed his sense of humor and calm personality. From the moment he stepped into our home for our first meeting, we knew we would hire him. He listened to us, did not preach to us, and suggested a great listing price. In fact, after negotiating with the new buyer of our property we sold for $10,000 more than another realtor suggested we list the house for! We accepted an offer 22 days after we listed with Scott; he is the best realtor we have ever had the pleasure to work with.
