Seller reviewThe sale of Vic's property in Myrtle Beach was an unusual one, in that it was 'upside down' and we knew we would be loosing a lot . That being said, Scott did a fantastic job of marketing it, and securing the best price he could for the property, and getting it sold. We are extremely happy with the results. If I answered any of the above questions , oddly, it must be because I didn't quite understand them. In no way should any of my (our) answers reflect negatively on Scott's work.
