Buyer reviewScott was great! From the first time I spoke with Scott on the phone I felt comfortable with him. My wife and I are not from the area so we had many phone conversations before we came down and met in person. Scott explained the whole process of shopping for condos in Myrtle Beach, from figuring out what we really wanted, to financing, to HOA and management fees, to property taxes and everything in between. He always took my call and patiently explained things that I want sure about. I always felt that he had my best interest in mind. I would definitely use him whether I was buying or selling a property, and would happily refer him to anyone who is looking for an excellent realtor.

Buyer reviewScott is an amazing person as well as a real estate agent. Because I live out of state in New Hampshire I have a lot of issues with deliveries coming to my newly purchased property. A lot of them are late due to the hurricane Scott did everything he could to accommodate me by moving some things into the new condo when I could not do it. I can't imagine a better real estate agent then Scott Weaver is trustworthy, dependable, and So knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend Scott Weaver!

Scott also understood that we needed and wanted good lenders and absolutely connected us with the best lenders around they made us feel like family, I would trust Scott and his team is everybody he recommended to us turned out to be very trustworthy. We closed early and smooth!! If your looking for a coastal home choose Scott he is the BEST and I am hard to please lol thanks again Scott!!
