I like to get to know my clients on a personal level. Whether buying your first home or selling your current home - each experience is unique. I enjoy investing my time in getting to know you and help you narrow down your needs/wants not just in the home itself, but the community, and helping you find that perfect fit. I also welcome the challenge of prepping a home for sale - staging and photographing a home to look its best is so important in attracting a buyer. Which is why staging help and professional photography are included when you hire me as your Realtor!
From mortgage pre-approval to first showings, inspections and closing (and everything in between!), I am here every step of the way to negotiate on your behalf, answer all of your questions and make your home buying/selling process as smooth as possible. I would love to get to know you and help you find your dream home, sell your current home, OR purchase investment property.
I grew up in Beloit, WI but fell in love with Milwaukee during a college campus visit, and have called the city home since graduating from Marquette University in 2003. My family and I now live in Wind Point. I consider myself a people person and attribute my interpersonal skills to 10+ years as a Professional Photographer and the owner of Shannon Wucherer Photography - a business/career I am very proud of and one that meshes very well with my career as a Realtor. I have a son, Grayson, who is 15 and daughter, Lila, who is 13. My husband Nic and I met during my senior year at Marquette and are die hard MU basketball fans, and Disney nerds :)

By being all on the same page the process was efficient and calm. Having friends going through the same process with other agents we were hearing near horror stories of their agents bullying them into making quick irrational decisions. We got none of that with Shannon. Shannon was open and honest with us about the market, understood our time limitations and showed us options we may not have thought about that changed our perspective, yet these options aligned with our needs/wants/desires. Extremely responsive to us and any and all questions, concerns, or fears we had. Outstanding and extensive knowledge of the greater Milwaukee area. Seller reviewShannon went above and beyond in every aspect for the sale of our family home that has been in our family for decades. She deserves an award from Century 21. I never met Shannon before my sister in-law recommend her , When we first met Shannon was sensitive to our feelings and what we were going through. I have never seen a person work as hard as Shannon did, she brought our family home back to life for sale!!! We will only sell through Shannon for any of our homes in our family. I personally have never given excellent across the board on a survey, she is the first and deserves every bit of it!! Thank you Shannon for making this emotional process smooth for our family!
