Seller reviewI have known her for about 20 years and know how dedicated to her clients. Any time I called or texted her she would promptly respond. There were times I was anxious and she would gently calm me down and reassure me that everything would fall into place.

Buyer reviewWhen we found the house we wanted to purchase, Our realtor, Sharla Boyd, negotiated on our behalf, helped with all of the paperwork and made sure we understood the different roles she had because the house we were buying was being sold by the owner. Once our house sold we were in a bit of a time crunch to find something and when we called to let Sharla know the house we had selected was not going to work, she worked through the process to select another house quickly so that we could maintain the closing date we wanted. It was a challenging process but Sharla made it as easy and painless as possible. We really appreciate all of her energy and support throughout.
