Seller reviewWhen selling a house, one wants to get the highest price possible. To this end, it is important to choose a knowledgeable agent who is hardworking and ethical. Sharon Spohn possesses these attributes. We live out of state and we needed someone who could communicate and walk us through the intricacies of the sale. Sharon kept us apprised and was very quick to accept our phone call and answer questions. Since we were not in Florida when we decided to sell, we asked Sharon if she would make the house presentable. She did and we received an offer to buy the house within three days. We sold the house for full price. We attribute this successful sale to the time and effort Sharon put into selling the house. She assessed the value of the house accurately, she was there to let the inspectors in, she tidied up after a showing, she sent us all the pertinent papers and she walked us through the signing of said papers. If you are considering selling your place, Sharon Spohn is who I would use. If you wish to buy a place, Sharon is also the best choice. She knows the market and she is very familiar with the area, which is a great quality if one moves from another state.
