Seller reviewShauna Leonard came out to our cabin and looked at property to check its selling price and what we should do to help sell the property, we did recommended repairs and clean up, she came up with a selling price and sold our cabin very quickly and we were more than happy with the selling price.

Buyer reviewShauna Leonard was kind and understanding when I described the type of property that I needed as we plan to have elderly relatives move in with us. She was flexible with our schedule when showing us properties. She showed us other properties that might work for our situation, and was very understanding of our stance that when you find your perfect home that it is worth waiting for if needed. I decided on a home that was a duplex and because of the renters and my lenders, the contract was lengthy and somewhat more complicated than usual. Shauna Leonard did a wonderful job she had great attention to detail, consistently responded to me and the lenders with everything we needed promptly. I would absolutely recommend Shauna Leonard to anyone purchasing or selling a property. She is the one I am choosing to list the home I am moving out of.

Seller reviewWe still are unsure of how we ran into Shauna, but when we started looking my wife contacted her out of no where and we met her at a property. She was knowledgeable, helpful, kind and eager. We just went with the flow and she was very helpful with finding us a new home and selling the old one.
