I can't believe we had an offer of our asking price in a couple of days. We had an offer of the asking price within a couple of days, the buyer was using her VA Loan and if not for Shawn we would still be waiting to close. His attention to detail and staying in touch with all parties made it happen, it was the buyer that slowed the process to 45 days. Shawn is always available and if not he replies with a text that he will call you as soon as he is available Shawn Blount is AWESOME!!!!!
