Buyer reviewShawn Hornsby was incredible to work with. I have dealt with a lot of realtors and brokers in my lifetime and Shawn is at the top. His pertinence and understanding really stood out to me. Our purchase was a short sale which can be time consuming and messy, but shawn never complained and made sure to help us achieve our goal of closing on the property. Any questions or concerns we had along the way Shawn was right there to answering them or assist in finding any answers we needed. I would highly recommend Shawn Hornsby to anyone as I know I will be using him in the future!

Seller reviewEverything was handled expeditiously and with the guarantee that we understood fully what was the next step in the process the whole time. There was no time in the process that we felt alone or unprepared. The staff even worked with us on the installation of the yard sign so that our daughter could be there to be a part of the "ceremony". Shawn helped us when we felt overwhelmed, he sold our house in less than a week for the exact price we requested, and he took the time to include our little girl in the process. That is what makes him the best around.
