Prior to establishing a price and putting our house up for sale Shawn Hornsby performed a detailed review of other like properties in the area to come up with an estimated value for our house. Shawn reviewed this information with us and broke down in detail all of the costs associated with selling a house and the estimated amount of money we would end up with after the sale. Based on Shawn's recommendations we set the price and signed the necessary documents. Shawn did an excellent job with pictures and writing up an excellent description of our house. The house was advertised well, received a lot of interest and was under contract within 3 weeks of being listed at the price Shawn thought it should sell for and at the price we were asking for. Shawn kept us informed throughout the whole process and was very responsive to any questions we may have had. Closing went on schedule and without any issues. We left the closing with a check for the full amount of money we were expecting for the house.

Shawn was a true professional in all aspects of how the listing and sale was handled. Always available and looking out for my best interests. Very knowledgable of the market and area. Could not have been more pleased!

I am so thankful for having Mr.Hornsby as my realtor. This is the 1st house I buy and as any new customer, had no idea of what I was getting into. At the beginning I was anxious due to my lack of knowledge in the process but Mr. Hornsby was extremely polite, gentle, and patient and explained everything to me as we went through. He walked me through several houses and never complained that we were taking too much time and never pushed me into buying any of them, it was the opposite, he wanted to show me more until I was completely sure of what I wanted. You have no idea how good he was (and still is even though we closed already and still keeps answering my questions). He explained to me every detail there was about the business and I followed all his suggestions to ensure a good transaction. He recommended the best, in my true opinion, contacts for the closing. He made me feel very very comfortable throughout the whole process. Although buying a home is a stressful step, I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience because Mr. Hornsby was outstanding in every aspect. I am so thankful. My family has the best home there is and Mr. Hornsby and his family will always be welcomed in my house!
