Seller reviewThe Century 21 team is very knowledgeable and courteous. Shawn addressed all the issues that selling a home involves with a high degree of motivation and interest in a successful result. He was helpful in focusing on the appealing aspects of the home. He suggested waiting until the yard and surrounding gardens were in full foliage before marketing was instituted and I believe this was paramount in the outcome. I was a little more anxious to start the procedure, but the quick response proved that his knowledge paid off!
