Buyer reviewShawn was critical in the purchase of the home as we are from out of state. He went above his job description to make sure we were taken care of. He first showed us the home on a Sunday as we were driving through that day. Then made sure all the signing was convenient. Finally he negotiated an early close for us because we closed on the sale of our house early. I will definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house in Iowa.
