Shea did an excellent job. It didn't seem to matter what time of day it was, she had answers. She definitely knows how to get the job done and in a timely fashion at that. Shea contacted me about my lot and I was hesitant at first mainly because I received about 15 calls from other realtors trying to do the same, except this time it was a text and that made it easier for me while I was at work to simply respond to that. I asked a few questions such as what her sales had been recently on vacant lots and such and she answered promptly with all the details included. I figured okay what's the worst that can happen, the lot doesn't sell within 30 days and I move on? So I signed on with her and literally within 4 hours of her posting the ad I received a full asking price offer which I didn't think would happen. It was well worth it considering I was trying to sell on my own for a few weeks with no luck. Whatever she did she did a great job of doing haha.
