This was a long distance transaction and conducted during the COVID-19 crisis. With Shelly's knowledge of land sales she did an exceptional job of pricing the property, and then with her input helped me decide on a counter-offer resulting in a final sale price. Shelly's attention to detail made dealing with, and signing paperwork electronically much easier and faster. She called to make sure emails/attachments were received, able to open and if I had questions. She encouraged me to call anytime with questions and if a message was left, promptly returned the call. Once, helping with a question, she went out of her way to walk me through questions on property information. Shelly did an excellent job facilitating arrangements with a local (VA) title company for final signing of purchase at my VA home. COVID-19 procedures with masks and social distancing were observed.
