From accessibility to personal reccomendations, Shelly went above and beyond with assisting me with my first-time home buying process. Any time I had questions about who I should call for a service or which company would take care of this fix, Shelly was on top of it with giving me not only a point of contact, but also a detailed description of both their credentials and how long they have worked together. For the home-buying process, Shelly and I visited multiple homes and slowly, we adjusted my preferences to what we liked based on those homes. She also described what to keep an eye out for based on what what the inspector would point out. As far as communication, Shelly always keeps in touch and is reachable at any time. All in all, Shelly was the perfect pick for me!

Seller reviewI met Shelly originally when I purchased my house. I have friends and acquaintances in realty, but her knowledge and professionalism stand above the rest. She worked with me through selecting market value and deciding on which repairs were considered necessary and valuable without cheating the buyer. She informed me when I needed it and advised me and walked me through the sales process, taking care of the paperwork and performing better than most project managers I know with communicating and scheduling all the moving parts to make the sale happen. She game planned with me for the two months leading up to placing the house on market, guided me on how to work with the contractors and how to secure repair loans, and brought the house to market. I had several buyers the first day and she gathered the information I needed to make my decision on which to select. I closed in less than 30 days from market day. Overall, Shelly's care for the client and the process ensured the sale was smooth.
