Seller reviewMiss Shelly is no questions asked, my first call if I ever need to buy/sell property in Virginia again! I had been dreading my move away from the area due to all of the horror stories about selling homes and with this being my first time, I was naturally nervous. Mrs Shelly made this process so easy and now I wish I had more property's for Miss Shelly to sell for me! The entire process from beginning to end has been a blast and nothing short of exceptional. While I have never been accused of being a genius, Miss Shelly was able to take the time and break down every single aspect of the process and answer every question in a way that someone who had never done this could understand. She was available anytime I had a question or had any concern and would quickly be able to address it and get quick results. Unfortunately Miss Shelly was able to sell my house so fast that the great experience had to end so quickly. Miss Shelly is not going to be my first option, she is the ONLY option!!!!

She listened to me when I was a buyer and now a seller. She educated me every step of the way, both times. She is very knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable with the whole process when I was a buyer 4 years ago and now a seller. I was nerve about any realtor because you never really hear anything good about them. I prayed God will bring me a great one that will look out for my best interest. God did just that. God gave me one of his best. Shelly was a gift from God. I tell anyone who would listen about her. She is for her clients all the way. No matter if you are buying or selling. When God bless me again to buy, Shelly will forever be my realtor. She kept me informed of everything, every step of the way. She took alot of time explaining things to me and my husband. We are very appreciative of Shelly.
