Buyer reviewThere are realtors and then there is Sheree. She goes beyond the call of duty and gets the job done. Honestly, after what she did for us to make the deal close I think she might be a superhero. If we ever purchased real estate in another state we would ask Sheree to get her license in that state to complete the transaction. The crazy thing is she probably would because that's how awesome she is!

Seller reviewMy husband and I tend to be pretty laid back (procrastinators), Sheree always kept us on track in a very kind way. We truly could not have gotten things done without here. She was also key to negotiating our house contract effectively and making sure both parties were protected. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. We entered into contract (after multiple cash offers) after one day of showings. She did an excellent job getting our property out there. Sheree is an old friend of my husband's and he had recommended her to other friends and heard great things about her but not used her before. We decided to go with her based on that and she surpassed our already high expectations.

WE chose Sheree Klausner for several reasons over the other brokers that we interviewed because of her unique approach to our special problems. Sheree quickly assessed our needs and on the spot came up with an understandable and satisfactory plan for the sales of the property. Sheree's excellent knowledge of the area and value of the property allowed us to affirm her as our desired agent. We were very happy that the house sold within a record number of days. The closing followed without any problems and we were very satisfied. Sheree's professionalism and friendliness are a true indicator of her success.
