Our house was being sold do to my wife and I divorcing. Sheri was recommended to my wife through a family acquaintance. I would have a greed with whoever she chose. Looking back I am glad that Sheri was the one working for us. I was not living at the house but for some reason there was no lockbox allowed. This meant that each and every time the house was being viewed Sheri had to be there regardless if she was the listing agent or not. The communication between my wife and I became basically nonexistent which put Sheri in the middle doing twice the amount of correspondence. No doubt this listing was much more difficult for Sheri than it would have been if it was not a divorce situation or even an amenable divorce situation. Sheri never wavered and always maintained a professional, courteous attitude. Sheri always answered my calls and texts immediately or got back to me very quickly even after hours. She always had the answer to my questions or had done the legwork promptly to get the answer before returning my call or text. Sheri always had a positive attitude and was a pleasure to correspond with. Sheri also makes it a point to keep herself educated and informed on the local issues pertaining to building, construction and any circumstances which may affect real estate specific to our area. Sheri went above and beyond the call of duty on this listing and definitely earned her commission. I cannot say enough good things about Sheri and her knowledge, service and professionalism. I will definitely recommend her to family, friends and acquaintances who may need real estate services in her area. If I ever need real estate services in that area again her number will be the only one I'll call.
