Serving the Central Coast and beyond…I've been a full time Realtor forover 20 years and still love my job! Whether you are buying, selling, renting, investing…or just considering all of the above, I'm happy to help. I began working in 2001 in Los Osos where I started my second career as a REALTOR® Associate, (first was as a Medical Assistant/X-ray Tech). I sold my first property within the first six months, of becoming aREALTOR®. I have remained friends with my first clients and sold themtheir retirement home in 2014. In 2004, I joined CENTURY 21 as an agent that wanted better leadership and a concentration on training. My focus is to assist sellers in preparingtheir homes for sale so that they may obtain top dollar in a competitivemarket. I work hard to create a personalized and dynamic marketingstrategy for each home that I sell. Buyer reviewShirley is very pleasant to work with, yet tough\firm with the sellers on points we needed. My wife and I were interested in properties from Nipomo to Atascadero. Anytime we traveled to the area, we contacted Shirley a few days ahead of time, with a list of homes and she did the rest. It was a joy to arrive in the region and have all the properties lined up to see. Always plenty of time to browse each location and drive to the next. Shirley was always in our corner and on our side. She never tried to persuade us to do something we didn't want, just to close the deal. If we are ever in the market to buy or sell property, we would definitely want to work with Shirley.

Seller reviewThere was a period of about one year in which I was trying to decide whether to sell the property. Shirley was patient and helped me to look at other possibilities. In the end the property sold very quickly and Shirley was excellent in addressing concerns of the buyers along the way. I don't think it was priced to low. It was the case of the right buyers finding the right seller.
