Seller reviewShoya clearly explained the whole process and answered any questions I had. She suggested some things I needed to complete prior to listing my home. I appreciated her expertise and knowledge of the area market. Due to the fact that I had not completed a real estate transaction in over 50 years, I had many questions and Shoya took the time to help me understand.
