Before relocating to Brookings in 1999, Skip Watwood built a strong foundation in the construction industry, working for a large General Engineering contractor in San Diego County. In his role as purchasing agent and estimator, Skip developed a sharp eye for detail, cost management, and project planning-skills that have translated seamlessly into his real estate career.
