Sonia explained everything to us during our initial meeting. She showed how she arrived at the asking price. Also showed us comps of other homes sold in the area. Sonia is a terrific person as well as a terrific realtor and I will never forget all the help she was to us during this time. I will recommend Sonia to anyone who is selling a home. If you want the best then you must contact Sonia Thompson at Century21 Milestone Realty Sonia Thompson got multiple offers on my house after 10 showings. That was incredible! I had to leave town for a number of weeks so I gave Sonia a key to the house and she took care of all business involving the house during that time. She is trustworthy and called to give me frequent updates on what was going on with the house.
