I have extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and hold several designations such as ABR, SFR ,CDPE and recipient of several awards including the Circle of Excellence and the Quality Service awards. I take pride in my attention to detail and put all my efforts into understanding my clients needs. I constantly educate myself on the latest trends in the marketplace as it is my goal to be able to provide quality service all the time.
Real Estate is my Passion and have been in this industry throughout my career. I started in Real Estate management in Brooklyn in 1985 and had worked in New York City for several years. Buyer reviewStacey is 5 star. My husband and I went to an open house on a Saturday to check out a home that we ended up wanting to place an offer on. With ten minutes left in the open house, Stacey contacted the sellers agent for her to come see the house herself. To me, this is the perfect example of how from the moment we were interested in seriously considering a home, Stacey was fully on board. She went and saw the home, spoke with the agent, and told us her thoughts. She was ready to fight for us to get that home and we truly felt her dedication coming alive. She is responsive when you reach out to her and always explained things to us exceptionally well. She made purchasing our first home seamless. She embodies everything a real estate agent should be!

Buyer reviewwhen i first made up my mind to buy a house i was thinking of who will understand my such, why am buying a house and who will make it easy for me along the way, Thank God i found Stacey Digrande, although my friends says buying a house is very stressful, mine wasn't because Stacey was with from the beginning to the end, and because of her knowledge in these matters i trusted her judgement and i was right i did, if i happened to buy a house again i will look for Stacey and when it happens that she is even on Holidays and not available i will put everything on hold until she returns thats how i trust her. She always kept us updated with any information, especially when it came to what we needed to get done. She was available at all times of the day and was very flexible with our schedules as well. She was always checking in to make sure we were all on the same page and even helped reach out to others when she did not need too! Overall, Stacey made the entire process of home buying as easy on us as first time buyers as possible. She really went the extra mile and over and beyond to help us feel comfortable during the process. Stacey understood us and what we wanted out of a house. She also realistic when it came to our price point and what we could afford based on our budget.
