I have extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and hold several designations such as ABR, SFR ,CDPE and recipient of several awards including the Circle of Excellence and the Quality Service awards. I take pride in my attention to detail and put all my efforts into understanding my clients needs. I constantly educate myself on the latest trends in the marketplace as it is my goal to be able to provide quality service all the time.
Real Estate is my Passion and have been in this industry throughout my career. I started in Real Estate management in Brooklyn in 1985 and had worked in New York City for several years. There are so many steps from the listing searches, going to countless open houses, calling all different places, and finally getting to the closing table. Stacey was extremely helpful guiding me throughout the whole process. Stacey pointed out many things to look for as a first time buyer that didn't cross my mind. The process was quite long but Stacey was patient and understanding as I kept looking at different homes to figure out which one would fit my needs/wants.
