Buyer reviewStacia Calabrese was AMAZING in every regard. Stacia is the sole reason I am typing this in my new home! Stacia worked very hard to ensure we were the first to see the home, which was extremely critical in this ultra competitive market. Stacia worked closely with the seller's agent on the terms of the agreement (extended closing time), which resulted in securing the home! Stacia also did a fantastic job negotiating what I was looking to be addressed with the home prior to purchasing. Stacia was quick to respond to all my questions and concerns and ensured I was well informed throughout the entire process. Stacia was extremely knowledgable regarding the home buying process and saved me not only time but money as well. I would recommend Stacia to friends and family in a heartbeat, as I had a wonderful home buying experience. Terry was recommended by a friend who was familiar with her services as they related to friends of her's. With that information, I was optimistic and comfortable contacting Terry to represent me in my home search. Terry Calabrese was a great communicator. She listened to my needs and concerns, was always professional, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process of finding my new home. I wish I had known Terry at the beginning of my home search. I believe she would have saved me much time, frustration and upset. I highly recommend her and would contact her again for my real estate needs.

Buyer reviewWe selected Stacia and she just happened to work for Rauh & John's. We met Stacia at an open house about 2-3 years ago. We weren't in the market for a new home yet but we're passing time on Sundays. Stacia put us on an email chain and sent us regular specific updates which made us remember her specifically when we were ready to buy a new home and sell our condo. We went under contract in 8 days. My point is whatever broker Stacia was working for would have received our business. From my point of view it is more about the agent than the broker. Stacia kept us on task and informed through the whole process. We would recommend Stacia to our family and friends. We have listed a second condo for sale with Stacia.

I purchased s short sale property, which took s few months, but Stacia stayed on top of things and kept things moving in order to secure me my dream home.
