Seller reviewI began trying to sell my rental property as a for sale by owner. After two months with limited viewings, I decided to meet with three realtors who had contacted me in reference to using them for my listing. Stacie showed up to our meeting and was very prepared. She brought a booklet with my property and local comparable properties. Stacie answered all of my questions and was not pushy. After meeting with all three candidates, Stacie was my choice. Once we signed our contract, she immediately went to work. I was constantly updated with what she was doing and viewings of the property. Each time someone looked at the property, I received a call or text to let me know how it went. At one point, there was a person interested in buying ba sign left in the garage. Stacie was willing to go above and beyond to coordinate a purchase of I wanted to sell the sign. She always goes above and beyond in all that she does. We ended up selling the property within a couple months. Extremely satisfied!
