Seller reviewStacy was a godsend in helping me sell my house. She is kind, considerate, extremely knowledgeable of the market, realistic, and an utmost professional. Moving can be hectic and emotional and she made the listing and sale of a home that I lived in for 27 years one of the easiest transactions of my life. I had a very busy work schedule and moved an hour away before I sold my house and Stacy was also very accommodating when it came to closing- again making everything very easy and streamlined. I hired Stacy to sell my home but now consider her a friend!!!

Seller reviewAfter a whirlwind 5 days on the market ending in a bidding war, Stacy Bazman sold our house substantially above the asking price. All through an extended difficulty between the buyer and their lender, Stacy Bazman did her best to keep us in the loop and keep us informed of the lender's latest issues. Our buyer was also impressed with Stacy's knowledge and professionalism as we both worked through a delayed closing process. Stacy was in almost daily contact with us with updates and we were thankful she was our agent in this sale.

Seller reviewMy experience with Stacy was amazing she knew this was my first house I lived there for 46 years my children grew up there she took time to explain the process and answered all my questions. The price of the house she estimated I was very satisfied she definitely knows what she is doing. I did call her various times to ask questions and she always made me feel that I was not being a bother very family like quality. She took care of everything that needed to be done for example taxes final water bill I can't say enough about Stacy she made this bittersweet transition a lot easier I would recommend her to everyone she was a joy to work with very professional and again family like quality.
