Seller reviewStephanie and I communicated closely about this listing, it was a Spec home we thought would be easier to sell. We had lots of views but not a lot of traction. Stephanie hosted open houses, changed pictures, updated the MLS, and invited her team to show, or host the open houses as well. This listing did sit for longer than we had hoped, but Stephanie was great about keeping in contact with us, and being creative and diligent with her marketing plan. I apprecaite that she was able to stay positive throught the whole process, and she was adaptable to change.
