Now, the Wichita State grad and born-and-raised in Wichita has switched her focus to helping families and individuals find a house that they can make into a loving home. We have bought and sold homes previously, and hands down Ms. Swafford was the most professional, caring and hard working realtor we have ever used. She didn't miss one little thing, and this was especially important as we were out of state. She always answered our questions right away, and dealt with the buyer's realtor with grace and business savvy - keeping us informed all the way. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needed a realtor in this area - my only regret was that she wasn't our realtor in Washington state.
