Buyer reviewStephen was there for us every step of the way. We had to step away from buying due to a poor lender. We waited another year to buy after finding a new lender. Stephen in that year gap always stayed in contact with us checking to see how we were. And when the time was right to house hunt; he was right there ready to help us once again. When we go to sell and buy another place, we will be placing our trust and faith in him again. He is very personal and is extremely passionate about his clients and his work. There is no rating him on a scale. But of we had to, it would 20 out of 10! Thank you Stephen!

Seller reviewI recently sold a house with Stephen and he walked me through every step. He was straightforward, honest, helped explain clearly all details, and gave very good negotiation instructions. In addition, he was extremely responsive to every one of my questions, no matter how small. I especially appreciated his availability as I live overseas and there is a 10 hour time difference between us. If I ever have more real estate transactions to make, I will make sure Stephen is firmly at my side. I recommend him whole-heartedly.

If you want someone that will fight for your needs and basically hold your hand if needed (I did since it was a first time and I barely knew what to look for) this is the team.
