Buyer reviewThis was the first time me and my husband are purchasing a house. My relative recommended Stephen, so being new to the process, we contacted Stephen through his website. He contacted us back that same day to get to know us and ask what we're looking for. While working with Stephen, he's very, VERY flexible with showings and he's amazing at booking showings for us whenever we see a house that we really liked. He was really patient, knowledgeable about the market, history of the houses, materials that was used to build the house, etc. Also, he paid very close attention to details during showings and would point things out to us that we didn't even noticed. He helped us with the entire process from showings until closing date. He made sure we won't end up with a house lesser than the value we paid for. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Buyer reviewStephen shared his first home buying experience of how bad it was, that he then wanted to be a realtor to make sure others don't go through what he has gone through; which makes him a great realtor! I am very fortunate to have a great realtor help by answering all my questions. Everytime I asked for him to come show me a house, he never hesitated to do so! When we did visit a house, he always gave the pros and cons without hiding anything. Stephen and his team at Century 21 went out of their way to get my money back since BB&T tricked me into paying 2 appraisals.This shows that they value me as one of their clients rather than just trying to make quick money. I am a first time home buyer and Stephen has helped me a lot, and I have shared with my friends and family about how great of a job Stephen really does. In the future my siblings will definitely come to Stephen for a great home buying experience!
