Seller reviewSteve was very thorough and extremely responsive. He kept us in the loop constantly whenever there was interest in our home or if there were questions regarding specific features that made our home more desirable. The photographs of our home he had done were exceptional and put our home in the best light possible. We had many people looking at our home, but since it was a very active VRBO, he had to work extra hard to make sure the showings were when there was a break in the schedule, or even in the time between bookings on the same day. He also knows many people in the area as he is from here (not many are) which was also a benefit as he knew our market well and helped us determine the maximum value of our home. We would highly recommend using Steve for selling your home!
