Seller reviewSteve and Judy have been great to work with over the years - they always gave us solid and useful feedback re. our property (e.g. keeping it as a rental property vs. putting it on the market). Since we resided out of state that provided some added challenges: Steve and Judy were very timely with their communications; were very thorough in explaining over the phone the 'whys' and 'wherefores' of the housing market in Sheboygan, what they were doing and why when marketing our property, the details of the eventual sale and closing of our property, etc. When we had to go the route of a rental property for several years until the market improved, Steve and Judy were the ones to recommend a very good property manager. My wife and I would highly recommend Steve and Judy to anyone; just as they were highly recommended to us.
