Seller reviewSteve Pouliot is very organized. He communicates very well. He provided many comps in the area to help us price our home. He was very sensitive to our special needs ( such as my recent surgery, timeline for moving). We would definitely recommend him to any of our friends. Steve was on the ball in every aspect of the process. We received multiple offers and Steve negotiated with the agents and we received $6,000.00 over our asking price in six days. This is the second time that we have used Steve's services, and he was excellent both times.
