Hello, I am Sue Eggers.
I am a native of East Tennessee and moved to Boone over 30 years ago when I met my husband, who is a Boone native. I owned my own business for four years and I have a passion for helping others. I now bring my attention to clients and my real estate career. I absolutely love what I do! My husband spends his time as a licensed general contractor working in the communities of the High Country. We are the proud parents of a beautiful, teenage daughter, Alexis. I know the pleasure of raising a family in the High Country! Living, working, and raising my daughter in one of the most peaceful, beautiful places on earth is a blessing. I like spending my free time hiking, traveling, listening to music and spending time with my family and friends.

Sue was tremendously helpful in our home search for a cabin the high country. Sue was incredibly available, responsive, and knowledgable. She went above and beyond to accommodate our timelines and was fair in sharing her expert opinions along with taking into account our personal taste and desires. Where Sue really shined was during the negotiation process and closing. She was balanced and fair when negotiating on our behalf and available for any questions that arose. Her willingness to explain Information that I wasn't sure on to help guide me through the process made me feel extra comfortable and that I did go with the right realtor. It's hard to find people who actually care about their clients and making sure they no all the variables before going head first into a deal. Even when I had a couple of deals that didn't work out she still stuck by my side and was willing to continue to work with me into I got the right deal. There's so much I can say about Sue, she's one of a kind and I'm so glad that I chose her as my realtor

Seller reviewThis is the second time I've worked with Sue Eggers. First as a buyer and most recently as a seller. My condo was under contract in (5) days. Sue is extremely professional with great attention to detail. She was 100% accessible to me when I needed her. She went above and beyond for me. My experience with her both as a buyer and seller was about as close to perfect as you can get! I would recommend her, to anyone I know, in the market to buy or sell. You won't find a better realtor. She has become like family to us.
