Seller reviewIn the past Sue always did what she said and Sue was always accessible. Everything Sue did was wonderful. Sue was very respectful to us. We were selling our family home after 30 years and Sue was very understanding. We will have Sue again.

Buyer reviewI am sure my needs and situation was a bit different than anything that she had encountered. Sue was always willing to work with me in a very nice heartwarming manner. It felt nice to be actually treated like a person. I chose her because she was the listing agent, but I am happy it ended it up that way. I had contacted other agents who had listings on the market, none of them were as quick as she was and none of them really seemed to be agents in the truest sense of the word. Sue however, was exactly what I needed in many ways to balance my needs and her duties/schedule to meet and communicate and get everything coordinated. Thanks for all you did for me Sue.

Seller reviewWe listed my mom's home with C21 after moving my mom to live with us. We met with Sue St. John and she was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Since we lived 50 miles from the selling house it was difficult to get there for any emergency. Sue was kind enough to take care of urgent matters for us. When there was a gas smell in the house, she called Consumer's Power and waited for them to arrive and turn the gass off and locate the problem. Later, she arranged to have her husband fix the vent on the dryer which was the cause of the gas smell. Sue saved us much time and travel and handled everything smoothly. Our house was listed March 28th and we closed on June 5th. Thanks Sue!
