Hello! My name is Sue Barchik, and I am an Associate Broker for Century 21 Covered Bridges Realty (C21CBR) . In March 2025, I will celebrate my 35th year as a REALTOR. I've had the opportunity to own other companies, create the C21CBR Relocation Dept., manage a Satellite office of C21CBR, and participate in the management of both Company locations.
Maya Angelou once said, "My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style." While working in, thru, and with the real estate community, I think it is important to have passion for the profession and to continue to improve my skills. It is of upmost importance to have empathy for my clientele and for the Sales Professionals who work for me. Buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions a person makes, and the role their salesperson plays in crucial. My role is to be a knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate leader. Humor is essential. Sometimes, all I can do is laugh because a particular situation is so unbelievable! Lastly, style: I have my own, as we all do. Again, it is my goal to be professional while personable and approachable.

One saying she had, "We'll cross that bridge when we come to it." Sue always updated us with the latest developments, including responses from the buyer when issues came up. When all was said and done, we thought selling our house was a fairly simple and painless procedure.
