She is the best when it comes to buying and selling a home, as I've personally experienced both sides with my mother and recently for me. Her knowledge and experience far exceeds other realtors I've known and worked with in the past in other cities and states! The result is "smooth sailing" from beginning to end! She makes herself available day and night, and is always helpful, kind, and respectful! From the first private showing on a Thursday evening, thru 2 open houses on the following Saturday & Sunday, in less than 72 hours I had 21 offers. On Monday, I accepted and signed a contract for $86K above asking! Yes, the housing market is insane right now, but Mrs. Cooksey took advantage of it to my benefit and it worked perfectly! Several other agents worked the 2 open houses and were well-informed about my property. I love working with Judge Fite Century 21 and Mrs. Cooksey in particular!
