Susan (Susie) became a licensed Texas Realtor in 2007 and a Broker in 2009. She specializes in selling farmland, timberland, recreational land, homes on acreage, residential, and waterfront properties and in multiple counties of East Texas and later in Southwest Arkansas, a career she continues to this day. As the oldest of five children, Susan learned many practical skills early on, from managing responsibilities to following up and closing deals.

Raised in Cass County, Susan benefited from top-notch mentors who imparted invaluable knowledge about rural life, farming, raising cattle, timberland, and hunting and recreational properties. These experiences have been advantageous in numerous ways. She has successfully sold properties ranging from tiny parcels to vast 5,200-acre expanses.

From being named Realtor Rookie of the Year and receiving Quality Service Awards to consistently earning prestigious Presidential Production awards every year, Susan has achieved numerous accolades for her production and customer service.
