While I hadn't actually worked with Susan before, I have known her for a few years and discussed real estate with her. Friends who did hire her were very happy with the outcomes. I did not know any one that had used Susan as their agent, I had never used a "buyers agent" before. I talked to Susan for a few minuets, She was / is very knowledgeable, plain spoken, and straight forward. based on this conversation we contracted with Susan to represent us, and we were glad we did.
