I needed to sell my beloved & overstuffed home I've been living in for 36 years. Susan quickly familiarized herself with all aspects of my complicated situation. Her invaluable information & advice about current & recent trends, ideas, tasks, schedules, options, etc showed me it was possible to pull off the unimaginable & impossible (as it appeared to me) in a wonderfully quick time line. Her patience with this senior layperson will never be forgotten. She fully knows that the devil is in the details, and gets all those many many details locked down!
