She got back to us right away after our initial contact. She always answered questions thoroughly and honestly. She never encouraged us to do anything unethical. She respected our goals and helped us price the house to sell quickly (it did); no attempt to increase her commission by pricing too high. She initially said her goal was to get an offer in ten days and we got an offer after nine days. She gave us good advice about staging and took great pictures. Always responsive. Calm.
