Buyer reviewI could not be happier with decision to have Susan and Ed to assist me with my latest home purchase. They listened to my needs and more importantly my wants and found me exactly what I was looking for in a perfect location. There isn't a home that is perfect in every way but they found me one that I had to compromise very little on. They were very informitive and walked me through the entire process. It seemed like every time i'd turn around a new challenge would arise and they were right lhere to find solutions to anything that came up. They made an unsual transaction seem more normal. Overall they found me a perfect home in the perfect location and were able to negotiate a price below market value. Since they did so well the first time it is unlikely that I will need to move again but if I do I would not hesitate to call on Susan and Ed to find my next perfect home. Thanks to both of them for all they did.

I found her to be extremely pleasant to deal with and appreciated the care she took in finding the right fit for both my parents. Also, both transactions went very smoothly. When I had to sell my fathers manor recently following his passing, there was no doubt in my mind that Susan would be the best agent to work with. She was very sensitive to the circumstances, and once again, very efficient in each step of the process. I would highly recommend Susan...she is an absolute pleasure to work with and get the job done!

I was looking to purchase in Laguna Woods contingent on me selling my previous home in Orange County. I found her to be very professional ( efficient, resourcesful, punctual and knowledgeable). She provided me with the proper resources to obtain information regarding purchasing requirements specific to Laguna Woods. She worked with me showing me various properties based on my needs. Susan was very patient, allowing me to initiate contact with her as needed. We presented an offer with full disclosure of financials and contingency. Thirty day escrow process flowed smoothly without any delays. I highly recommend Susan Walters and her partner Ed Young.
