Welcome to Sumter, SC, home of Shaw AFB and some of our Country's finest! We're located about 45 minutes from Columbia, SC, and 1½ hours from the fabulous Myrtle Beach Grand Strand! Originally from the Washington, DC area, I moved to Sumter in 1996. I've been a full-time Real Estate Professional for over 20 years. Personal Info
My husband of over 20 years is Gene and we have two daughters, Amelia and Isabelle! I ride show jumpers in my off-time. I have a Rhodesian Ridgeback, "George,"and his best friend "Riggs" our Beagle. Also, 5 horses and 3 cats everyone is a rescue! I dedicate the majority of my time to my Family and my Real Estate Business. I am a member of the Sumter Junior Welfare League and I am a member of First Baptist Church of Sumter.

Buyer reviewWhen we were looking for our new house we were recommended Susan by another realtor. She is someone who REALLY listens to her clients! We had specific things we wanted in our new home. Susan knocked it out of the park with all the proporties she showed us! She was always there through the whole process guiding us, even when we would text her in panic about the lending part of it." No question was a stupid question "she'd say. She was very patient , professional and knowledgable . We were moving here from Connecticut and we were very nervous but excited.
