Seller reviewSo happy we went with Suzanne! She provided research based estimation for the listing price for our property, and guided through every step of the buying/selling process. The online advertising that Suzanne provided enabled us to have multiple offers and sell our house in less than 24hrs! We were thrilled to have such a quick/easy sale! The yard signage that Suzanne placed in our yard was very tasteful, and not obnoxious to look at. Suzanne was very knowledgeable about the current market and helpful when it came time to accept an offer.
