My husband called numerous agents and basically interviewed them until he found someone he was satigified met his high standards for knowledge in the industry and could advise us on our interests in purchasing rental properties. He was extremely impressed with Suzanne from the beginning Suzanne has taught us so much about home ownership and the process of purchasing homes. She and my husband and I are a good team. We have bought tow homes with her and are constantly looking for new opportunities. If we buy another rental investment property in lc It will be with Suzanne. She is always prompt to return messages and has a sense of adventure and knows that I like to look! We have visited a few properties we didn't buy. Some required repeat visits. She was able to help us navigate a difficult seller situation and we decided not to buy one particular home and we are very glad we didn't
