Seller reviewThe best real estate agent anyone could ask for. My son was born three month premature, and we were stuck in the hospital for ten weeks during which time we were accepting offers on the house. Ms Suzanne made it to where we never had to leave our sons side, she took care of everything, and we were able to sign everything through docusign, and furthermore as luck would have it....... While we were negotiating our final sales offer Ms. Suzanne was hospitalized for emergency surgery, she negotiated the offer while being prepped for surgery, and finalized the deal just hours after!! She is amazing.. Will not quit unti the job is done. Thank you Ms. Suzanne I selected Ms. Suzanne because she has handled many other real estate transactions for me, and will continue to use her for as long as she is a practicing real estate agent!! as always Ms Suzanne did her job to perfection, She is prompt, organized, and very knowledgeable. I never have to worry about anything when she is on the job Perfect, couldn't ask for better

Seller reviewSuzanne was awesome for helping out our family with an estate sale. Nearly all of our family involved were located out of state and she communicated easily with us despite the geographic difference. She assisted one family member still local to the area with getting to signing appointment. She worked hard to communicate the unusual circumstances to the buyers and closing agent which greatly smoothed the closing process. Was awesome throughout all phases of sale and went the extra mile for us. Would highly recommend her service!!

Her warmth, energy, and enthusiasm came through on that initial phone conversation, so we decided to work with her during our relocation. We never regretted that decision for a second. Suzanne always made sure to explain the differences between related practices and laws in Louisiana and those of the state we had moved from. We knew what to expect every step of the process. We also appreciated all the helpful information Suzanne shared about the communities and neighborhoods we visited. Which is great. the last thing I wanna hear when making a big investment is I don't no, and that's it. If miss Suzan didn't no. She would say I don't no but I'll find out before the end of the day. And she always had a answer at the end of the day. It was a very smooth process. I couldn't be happier with her work ethics. She did a jam up job.
