Seller reviewThis was the third sale we were involved in with Tabitha. She was always considerate of our time and circumstances; and worked to meet our needs. She felt and empathized with our anxiety in selling our last home after 31 years of living there due to unforeseen circumstances. She always tried to keep our best interests in mind. We were extremely pleased with her and have now engaged her in the purchase of a home we are building in another county. She is a true asset to CENTURY 21! It went very smoothly! We will continue to work with Tabitha and refer her whenever possible. Lily Esposito worked with us and Tabitha. She also was on top of her game and able to negotiate with our future plans of building due to her expertise! We look forward to working with Lily and Tabitha as we progress on our new home! Buyer reviewTabitha started the process of selling our house nine months ago! Yes, it took nine months to sell but she always was positive and listened to our questions and requests. She followed up on every showing and relayed that information to us. Ultimately, we had to repair some things in our previous address and as soon as we did, the house was sold. The process of finding a new home was enjoyable and pretty darn quick. We had specific things that we had to have and when we found a residence on the MLS that we wanted to see all we had to do is send a simple text message and we were walking through the property the next day! This included any day and at any time. Tabitha took many of weekend's and attended to our needs. You really do not find her dedication anymore in todays world. Tabitha became a part of our family after seeing us through this process.
